The United Nations Agenda 21 is a global plan to be implemented nationally and locally. It is a plan, brainstormed decades ago to inventory and control all land, all water, all minerals, all plants, all animals, all construction, all means of production, all information and all human beings in the world. INVENTORY AND CONTROL.
Have you ever wondered where these terms 'sustainability', 'smart growth' and 'high density urban mixed use development' came from? Doesn't it seem like about 10 years ago you never even heard of them and now everything seems to include these concepts? Is it just a coincidence?
The implementation of the carbon tax is one small facet of this plan, but once it comes into effect in Australia on July 1, 2012 if you dare talk bad about it you will literally be faced with fines of upto $1.1 million Australian dollars!
